Porcelain tile and stone are essentially immune; waterproof-core LVP performs very well; engineered hardwood is the stable way to get real wood. Solid hardwood can work with proper acclimation and moisture control, but it's the most demanding choice — we'll be straight with you about it.
Yes — removal, haul-away, and slab or subfloor preparation are part of our standard flooring scope. Skipping prep is how floors fail early, so we don't.
