What we control is the schedule: materials are on site before demolition starts, trades are sequenced back-to-back, and if it's your only bathroom we plan the project timeline with you in advance.
Yes, tub-to-shower conversions are one of our most common projects. The work includes reworking the drain and valve, building and waterproofing the new pan and walls, tile, and glass — and it usually requires a plumbing permit, which we handle.
A continuous waterproof membrane system — pan, curb or curbless slope, wall membrane, and sealed penetrations — installed and flood-tested before any tile goes on. Tile and grout are decorative; the membrane is what keeps water out of your walls.
