Who we are
One accountable team, whole-project focus
Donovan Remodeling designs, permits, and builds residential and commercial projects across South Florida — from Homestead through West Palm Beach, spanning Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties. Our office is in Coral Gables.
We built the company around a simple observation: most construction problems are really coordination problems. When design, permitting, and construction are handled by separate parties, the gaps between them are where budgets blow up and schedules slip. So we closed the gaps — one team, one process, one point of accountability.
That means whatever the project — a kitchen, a whole-home renovation, a new build, a commercial build-out — you have a single company responsible for the plan, the paper, and the work.
